We like to encourage people to ride with us and take some time to find out if we are the right club for them, which is why we are happy to welcome new riders on our club rides.

The main benefits of joining the club are:

- You can ride and represent the club at events organised through the national & regional bodies to which the club is affiliated such as Cycling Time Trials, British Cycling, South East Road Race League, Surrey League, Southern Counties Cycling union etc.

- You can ride and race in the club's own top quality kit.

- Benefit from special offers available only to club members at cycle shops (15% discount at Balfes Bikes and Edwardes Cycles).

- Ride in club events such as the Harry Must evening 10 series & hill climb and be eligible for club awards and trophies.

- Hire equipment such as the club track bikes, bike boxes and specialist tools.

- Race at the club's road race championship in September 2009.

- Join us on our weekly club rides and chaingangs.

There are many others - not least the companionship, support and advice that you will get from being a member of one of south London's largest and longest running clubs.

If you like the Dulwich and decide to join, we will ask you to volunteer to help with some of the events and activities that we put on. This could be marshalling a race in Kent or Surrey, driving a lead car in a race, helping out with the Ride of the Falling leaves, helping out at Herne Hill on either a Track race or Cyclo-Cross race or marshalling at Crystal Palace, leading club rides and making sure no-one gets dropped.
